NextSure may collect contact details, identification information, passport or policy documents, order information, payment references and service communications when these are needed to prepare or manage an insurance request.

- To prepare quotations, orders, policy requests and customer support.

Passport and document handling
Uploaded passport or policy documents may contain sensitive personal information. NextSure uses these documents only for the relevant service workflow and limits access to authorised users. Customers should provide only documents needed for the requested service.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical and organisational controls are used to protect stored information. Records are retained only as long as needed for service, accounting, legal or operational purposes, after which they may be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
