NextSure provides insurance-related quotation, order facilitation, document collection, support and related digital services. Final policy issuance, coverage, underwriting and claim decisions remain subject to the relevant insurer and policy terms.

Customer information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current information. Incorrect dates, passport details, vehicle information, insured values or other material facts may affect quotation or policy processing.

Pricing and quotations

Quotations are based on the information supplied and the applicable insurer rate or configured pricing rule at the time. A quotation is not a policy and may change if the supplied information changes.

Payments

Payment instructions displayed on a bill or receipt should be checked before payment. Keep payment references and receipts for your records. A payment status is confirmed only after it is recorded in the NextSure system.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent documents or interfere with the operation of the service.
